1. Returns
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Here’s our policy on returns:
15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return any item.
Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@mineralshub.net with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, please check your bank account first. If the issue persists, contact us at admin@mineralshub.com.
3. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for further instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include earrings and items with broken seals.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at admin@mineralshub.net with your order number to request a cancellation.
